You  can  feely  discuss  cases  on  this  vet  forum  -  only  vets/nurses  can  access  it.

There  are  lots  of  vets  as  members  on  Vetpro  -  we  get  3  or  so  new  members  a  day  -  vets/nurses.

We  hope  you  will  take  advantage  of  Vetpro  and  it's  facility  to  share  info/advice  with  other  vets.

Well  to  be  honest  I  have  spoken  to  vets  and  nurses  about  Vetpro.

I  have  asked  them  what  their  opinion  is  of  the  site  and  asked  them  why  they  have  registered  but  do  not  actively  join  debates  on  forums  etc.

The  reply  was  this:    The  site  is  great  and  has  potential.    However  most  vets/nurses  work  very  long  hours  -  in  practice  the  stress  levels  are  generally  high  -  especially  on  a  busy  day.
Coming  home  is  a  break  -  the  last  thing  one  would  wish  to  do  is  to  go  on  the  site  and  discuss  client  issues  -  this  is  the  main  thing  which  puts  professionals  off.

We  need  a  reason  to  get  vets  and  nurses  returning  to  the  site  regularly  and  also  whilst  at  work.

PLease  let  us  know  your  thoughts  on  this.

Vets/nurses  only  or  general  public  and  veterinary  staff  liasing  together?

 jenvetnurse.

 The  decision  has  been  made.

Vetpro  is  as  the  name  suggests  for  Veterinary  Professionals  only  now.

This  includes  all  those  working  in  practice,  vet/nurse  students  also  Veterinary  receptionists  etc

We  believe  the  site  will  now  go  from  strenght  to  strength.

The  fourms  are  quiet  so  I  am  allowing  some  animal  experts  to  prefuent  the  site  as  long  as  they  meet  with  my  criteria.

Please  email  me  if  you  are  interested  in  joining  vetpro
