Fox Hunting Ban

jenvetnurse writes "Well it seems that the ban may take up to a year to enforce.
It is due to come into force on the 18th feb 2005.
However, the pro-hunters have made a huge fuss and have threatened to run a campaign disobeying the ban.
They argue that the original Parliament Act 1949 is actually invalid - they say this is because it was never passed by the House of Lords.
What a never ending saga. Anti-hunt supporting members of parliment have made their statements on the zero tolerance of animal creulty regarding fox hunting. We just have to watch this space.
