Just to clarify we have forums for Veterinary staff only – these are displayed separately to the main forums. We have ‘vet chat’ for vets to discuss with colleagues difficult cases, new drugs etc. We have ‘vet nurse chat’ for nurses to gripe about any issue in work, exchange ideas etc. Finally we have a ‘Veterinary Employment Agencies’ section – this is for the locum agencies to quickly post vacancies in an obvious place – as they usually need to be filled asap.
The idea is that the main forums are for anyone and everyone and the Veterinary forums a little more discreet. I hope everyone finds a forum to suit them and can feel free to express themselves and talk to other like-minded people.
Recruitment:
The recruitment section has had a serious update today. To view/amend your personal details as an employee go to update cv – there is a new section where you can write exactly where you want to work, what rate of pay you would like etc.
On the home page on the left hand side we have the latest jobs advertised.
This recruitment section will get busier – so keep checking for changes.
Employers – you can advertise any animal related vacancies – i.e. there is an advert currently for an animal hydro therapist!
